Job summary

oberweis is hiring a Shift Leader/Key Holder for our Chicago ice cream shop to be the right-hand to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will lead the scoop squad, drive exceptional customer service, and manage shifts while keeping the shop clean and stocked for a positive guest experience.

Candidates must be at least 18, available to work 3–5 days including nights and weekends, and comfortable standing for long periods and performing routine inventory.

Qualifications
