A construction services firm is seeking a Field Testing Supervisor to lead quality assurance activities on a large-scale infrastructure project. This role combines hands‑on materials testing with team leadership, client interaction, and day‑to‑day field coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise field technicians and oversee daily testing operations
• Perform testing of concrete, soil, aggregate, and asphalt materials in accordance with project requirements
• Review field data, reports, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Serve as the primary on‑site liaison for project stakeholders and internal teams
• Coordinate work assignments, safety compliance, and personnel scheduling
• Communicate project updates, testing results, and field concerns to management
• Interpret construction plans and specifications to support inspection activities
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure adherence to established procedures

Qualifications

• Background in construction materials testing or quality control
• Experience leading field personnel and coordinating project activities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet site access requirements
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• ACI Concrete Field Testing certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire) preferred
