Lead Testing Engineer – Dayforce Implementation

Talento is partnering with an aviation company to find a Lead Testing Engineer with expertise in HRIS Dayforce implementation. This role involves leading testing efforts, collaborating with business, IT, and consultants, and ensuring smooth system integration. You will create and manage test scripts to guarantee Dayforce functionality in the enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and execute the testing strategy for Dayforce implementation initiatives.
2. Define and monitor entry/exit criteria across all testing phases, including FAT, UAT, SIT, and parallel testing.
3. Set up and manage test security roles and mapping.
4. Partner with business units, IT, and implementation consultants to determine testing needs and deadlines.
5. Develop, manage, and run test scripts to verify system performance, integrations, and end-to-end workflows.
6. Ensure comprehensive testing of system integrations, data flows, and workflows throughout the process.
7. Use Jira to track testing progress, manage issues, and coordinate resolutions.
8. Collaborate with business stakeholders to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
9. Identify and document issues in Jira, working with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
10. Continuously enhance testing processes and uphold testing standards and methodologies.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience in testing Dayforce HCM or payroll implementations.
2. Expertise in managing end-to-end testing for complex systems.
3. Skilled in using Jira for test case management and issue tracking.
4. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business, IT teams, and external consultants.
5. Strong capability in developing and executing test scripts based on project needs.
6. Well-versed in testing end-to-end workflows to ensure smooth system operation.
