  • At least 5 years of experience in Security implementation across System Level Test (SLT), Bench, and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) platforms.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages (Java/C++) in collaborative environments.

Experience with Linux, Google Workplace, and Android systems.

  • Experience with OTP fusing for identification, security, calibration, yield, and feature configuration.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience implementing secure end-to-end manufacturing solutions including key provisioning, lifecycle management, and SOC security.
  • Experience in secure infrastructure deployment for manufacturing touch points.
  • Experience with development of secure digital and mixed-signal test and automation methodologies, supporting internal tools for ATE test program generation, test vector tracking, and test program release.
  • Experience developing multisite libraries for ATE OTP programming, memory repair, and validation methodologies.
  • Experience in reliable OTP programming, including fuse redundancy, characterization, and failure analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of hardware on various ATE test platforms and measurement equipment (e.g., Advantest 93k).

As a Lead Test Security Engineer, you will integrate SOC technologies into mobile devices and facilitate secured ATE and system-level manufacturing testing. You will handle all security aspects related to Test and Product Engineering activities, working with ASIC architecture, design, and pre-silicon SOC verification to implement secure manufacturing solutions, including key provisioning, lifecycle management, and SOC security. Collaboration with IT to deploy secure infrastructure and development of digital and mixed-signal test methodologies will be key responsibilities. You will also focus on enhancing efuse and OTP programming, memory repair, validation methodologies, and supporting cost-effective mass production solutions. Additionally, you will work on developing secure data flow processes for manufacturing yield data.

The US base salary range for this position is $156,000-$229,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Your recruiter can provide specific details for your location during hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Create BenchTop and high-volume SLT solutions with vendors and internal teams.
  • Conduct IC product bring-up, verification, and characterization for ATE NPI releases.
  • Correlate DPPM and product data between system and ATE.
  • Troubleshoot failures and improve test coverage on ATE and SLT.
