Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks an experienced Operations/Test Analyst IV to support developmental and operational testing for internal and external customer systems. You will bridge instrumentation engineers and test customers, ensuring accurate data and reflecting system configurations.

Responsibilities include leading large teams, providing technical process expertise, and developing data analysis tools. A government contract may require U.S. citizenship and security clearance.

Qualifications

• Technical training with 14+ years of related experience, or an associate degree with 11+ years, or a bachelor's with 8+ years, or a master's degree.
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts to serve as a technical authority on projects.
• Ability to apply latest developments in technology to solve problems in the specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize large project teams.
• Provide technical expertise on the test process, range environment, and capability.
• Apply EW, RF and protocol expertise within a specialized area.
• Develop data analysis tools, processes, or products for analysis.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure data accuracy and test objectives.
• Define data collection requirements and go no-go criteria for test events.
• Monitor system performance during test activities and report findings.
