Job summary

Sapsf is seeking a Test Lead to drive testing efforts for projects using C#, Selenium, and Python. You will develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure software quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and provide testing support.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading test teams.
Experience automating web applications with C#, Selenium, and Python.
ISTQB or Selenium certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the testing team in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks using C#, Selenium, and Python.
Coordinate testing activities, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines.
Review and analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Mentor and train team members on best practices, testing methodologies, and tools related to C#, Selenium, and Python testing.
Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
