As a Test Lead specializing in Python, you will be responsible for planning, deploying, and managing testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet both client and internal requirements. This role is critical for driving the testing strategy, guiding the QA team, and ensuring that testing activities align with project objectives and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions With The Client And Team To Understand Functional And Design Specifications, Highlighting Performance Concerns And Inconsistencies While Preparing Automated Test Scripts Using Python And Relevant Testing Frameworks.
• 2. Develop And Continuously Improve Automated Tests As New System Features And Enhancements Are Introduced, Creating Detailed Work Plans, And Monitoring The Work Schedule To Ensure Timely Delivery That Meets Defined Quality Standards.
