Job summary

InProduction is seeking a Supervisor for overseeing installation and dismantling of event equipment. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years in a supervisory role, preferably in tent and mezzanine structures or construction management. Responsibilities include managing safety standards, overseeing multiple crews, and ensuring client satisfaction. Extensive travel within the US (50%+) is required. Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity, preferably in professional Tent and Mezzanine Structures and/or Construction Management.
• Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and dismantling of equipment.
• Oversee and enforce company safety standards.
• Manage and direct the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment.
