Responsible for coordinating the fixed activities of the Branch. Performs office and administrative duties, resolves problems, and actively cross-sells bank products and services. Supports and demonstrates the customer service standards set by North Shore Bank. Acts in a supervisory capacity in the absence of the Branch Manager. Some Lead Tellers are assigned as Area Lead Tellers; staff in these roles support multiple branch locations.

High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of bank-related operational support experience. Demonstrated customer service abilities and knowledge of financial concepts are required. Previous Teller experience is preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including listening. Ability to focus and manage priorities amidst distractions. Ability to direct and provide constructive feedback to others.
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear. May occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, and focus adjustment.
