GardaWorld is seeking a Lead Teller at our Boca Raton, FL location to manage coin and cash deposits and support vault operations. You will handle large volumes of cash, ensure accurate processing, and maintain compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Age 18 years or older
• At least 2 years of cash handling experience
• Ability to stand for long periods; may lift up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

• Performs coin processing functions and reconciles out-of-balance conditions. Maintains compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.
• Meets or exceeds all established deposit processing productivity standards by 20%.
• Reviews bulk coin bags for evidence of tampering and notifies immediate supervisor of any issues.
• Verification of total bulk coin bags received to assignment manifest.
• Accurate cash settlements and transfer of funds to appropriate vaults.
