Position Overview

As a full-time Lead Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will coach Tellers on customer service skills and supervise conversations that enable referral opportunities for PNC products. You will also greet customers in the lobby, educate customers on new technology, supervise customer transactions, and assist with outbound calling initiatives. This position will be based in Southlake, TX at the Southlake East retail banking branch.

Job Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on available financial options, and identify banking opportunities for referrals.
• Identify opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products, educating on managing transactions via technology and resources.
• Communicate clearly, handle transactions accurately, and resolve problems efficiently. Assist the Branch Manager with performance management and hiring processes.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment, and ensure efficient operation of teller and branch transactions.
