Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Lead Teller to join our Hartland team! As a Lead Teller, you'll help be the face of LOC Credit Union, providing excellent service while helping members with their financial transactions while also supervising the teller line. You'll play a key role in building strong relationships and ensuring our members have a positive experience.

A Day in the life of a Lead Teller

• Provide exceptional and friendly service to every member
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• In collaboration with or at the discretion of their Branch Manager, manage daily operations including, but not limited to, opening and closing for business, daily balancing of the vault, ensuring the balancing and operation of the ATM, assisting the Tellers with check approvals, overrides and answering of questions
• Serve as a Notary Republic and provides Signature Guarantee Medallion services
• Be willing to work at least one Saturday per month and travel to other branches occasionally

Experience/education

• Prior credit union or bank cash handling experience (required)
• GED or high school diploma (required)
