As a Lead Teller within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based in Detroit, Michigan at the Vernor and Livernois Branch.

Job Description

1. Coach, mentor, and lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on available financial options, and identify banking opportunities for referral.
2. Identify opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
3. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and present PNC products to meet their needs, leveraging technology tools and resources.
4. Maintain clear communication, handle transactions efficiently, resolve problems, and assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire processes.
5. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, ensuring the efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and education.
