Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:20 am - 4:20 pm, rotating Saturday 8:15 am - 12:15 pm

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality client service, process transactions, and support sales.
2. Maintain accurate cash exchange records and balance the vault, including ordering and tracking cash levels.
3. Ensure timely completion of branch certification.
4. Lead the teller line, with authority over transaction approval and cash disbursement.
5. Record transactions, prepare daily cash settlements, and verify transactions per branch procedures.
6. Process various banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and credit card cash advances.
7. Perform clerical duties such as answering calls, handling mail, filing, and typing.

Experience and Education

1. At least one year of cash handling experience, preferably as a Teller.
2. Basic knowledge of branch operations; related experience is a plus.
3. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
4. Sales experience is a plus.
5. High school diploma or equivalent required.
