Job Summary and Qualifications

Incumbent to provide daily supervisory leadership for the department to include staff scheduling, employee attendance, note tardiness and determine hours worked, interview and select staff to be hired, with approval of Manager. Provide departmental training for all newly hired staff, and keep staff advised/trained on all new policies and procedures. Order necessary supplies for PBX Department and arrange for necessary maintenance of PBX area and PBX equipment. Job may include direct supervision of students at the discretion of the area supervisor.

What qualifications you will need:

• Experience in customer service position. PBX experience required.
• Performs in accordance with delineated job responsibilities and satisfactorily completes a yearly evaluation based on these responsibilities.
• Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively meet the needs of the patient/internal & external customer.
