As a Lead Technology Sourcing Consultant supporting our Principal Asset Management business, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, partnering across the organization to develop sourcing strategies, optimize supplier relationships, and negotiate complex technology agreements that support business objectives.
You’ll manage a broad portfolio of technology-related spend, including hardware, software, SaaS, cloud solutions, and technology services. In this highly visible role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, legal partners, and suppliers to deliver innovative solutions, manage risk, and maximize value.
You’re a strategic thinker and skilled negotiator who thrives in a collaborative environment. You have a strong understanding of technology procurement and enjoy building relationships, solving complex problems, and influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non‑sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
$127000 - $155000 / year
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short‑term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

This role will be based in either our Des Moines Iowa or Charlotte North Carolina locations and will benefit from a hybrid work schedule with an average of three in‑office days per week.
