This is a unique opportunity to help shape and evolve product practices within Talent Acquisition, with a focus on strong product ownership, customer discovery, and thoughtful evaluation and prioritization of opportunities. Success will require comfort working across products and stakeholder environments at different stages of maturity, navigating ambiguity, building trusted stakeholder relationships, and constructively challenging thinking to drive meaningful customer and business outcomes.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Own product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and outcomes across the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development product families, balancing distinct needs while identifying meaningful connections across the employee experience.
  • Lead product discovery and problem definition, using customer insights, data, and business context to uncover opportunities and ensure teams are solving the right problems.
  • Drive prioritization and strategic tradeoffs across competing opportunities, creating clarity around decisions, investments, dependencies, and desired outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to strengthen product practices, creating greater clarity and consistency in how opportunities move from discovery through prioritization and delivery.
  • Build trusted partnerships across HR, Technology, Delivery, business teams, and vendors, translating product strategy into aligned priorities and actionable outcomes.
  • Influence and constructively challenge stakeholders, shifting conversations from requested solutions toward underlying customer needs, business problems, and the outcomes that matter most.
  • Measure product performance and outcomes, using insights and learnings to continuously improve products, experiences, and future investment decisions.
What Success Looks Like

You’ll bring clarity and focus to product strategy and priorities, strengthen product ownership, and drive measurable outcomes across Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.
