Stryker is seeking a Lead Technology Risk Analyst to drive technology-focused internal audits and risk advisory engagements. You will work across ERP platforms, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions, applying SA PCAOB-aligned practices to assess controls and deliver actionable remediation recommendations.
You will lead audit workstreams, mentor analysts, and leverage data analytics and security tools to broaden coverage and improve testing efficiency while aligning with company risk objectives.

As the Lead Technology Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and executing technology-focused internal audit and risk advisory engagements, including integrated audits with a strong emphasis on IT risk and SOX compliance. This individual serves as a subject matter expert in the assessment and testing of IT general controls (ITGCs), automated controls (ITACs), and key reports across multiple ERP platforms and enterprise applications. The role requires deep expertise in internal control frameworks, and audit methodologies, as well as a strong understanding of financial reporting risks and technology-enabled business processes. The Lead Technology Risk Analyst applies internal audit principles and practices aligned with AICPA and PCAOB guidance / standards to identify risks, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations that strengthen the organization's control environment.
