Lead Technology Analyst

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Lead Technology Analyst to join their fast-paced team supporting engineering technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with high ticket volume and a wide range of support challenges. Whether you’re a seasoned support analyst or an operations professional from the construction world ready to pivot into tech, this opportunity offers both challenge and growth in equal measure.

• Location: TX, MD, PA, NV, OR, CA Preferred – Remote
• Compensation: Approximately $120-135k/year FTE
• No Visa Sponsorship Available

What You’ll Do:

• Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for engineering platforms including Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore
• Manage and resolve support tickets in a high-volume environment using a structured ticketing system
• Lead small tech design and improvement projects, including the rollout and configuration of Stratus
• Train and support end users including field, fabrication, and design teams across multiple locations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software configurations with operational needs

What Gets You the Job:

• Strong hands-on experience supporting Autodesk Construction Cloud in a production environment
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Working knowledge of the Status tool for tracking technology deployments, configurations, and documentation
• Experience working in mechanical construction, operations, or fabrication workflows
• Ability to lead implementation and improvement efforts for engineering software tools
• Familiarity with Procore, Revit, or CADMEP is a plus
