Take 5 Oil Change (Quick Lube of Carolina LLC) seeks a Lead Technician who will set the standard for the shop with superior technical skills, professionalism and reliability. While not a manager, Lead Technicians may assume management responsibilities as needed and are considered the next in line for promotion to Assistant Shop Manager.

Lead Technicians are expected to be punctual and maintain proper uniform standards, performing vehicle services on many makes/models with technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Lead Technicians demonstrate superior technical skills, professionalism and reliability.
• Lead Technicians may assume some management responsibilities as needed.
• Completion of all relevant training courses and adherence to the Lead Tech Training Manual is required.
