Quick Lube of Carolina LLC / Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Lead Technician who will uphold high technical standards and professional conduct across a range of vehicle services.

As the next in line for advancement, you may assume management responsibilities when needed and will be required to complete all relevant training, stay on time, and maintain proper uniform standards throughout your shift.

Formación

• Completion of relevant training courses as required for Lead Tech duties.
• Adherence to the Lead Tech Training Manual and standards.
• Nomination by Store Manager and approval by certified training Store Manager.

• Perform vehicle services on a variety of makes and models with technical excellence.
• Maintain punctuality and proper uniform standards at all times.
• Be prepared to assume management responsibilities and support promotion pathways.

A Lead Technician (LT) at Quick Lube of Carolina LLC / Take 5 Oil Change is a key team member nominated by the Store Manager and approved by the certified training Store Manager. Lead Technicians set the standard for all technicians by consistently demonstrating superior technical skills, professionalism, and reliability. While not a manager, Lead Technicians may assume management responsibilities as needed and are considered the next in line for promotion to Assistant Shop Manager. Lead Technicians are expected to be punctual, maintain proper uniform standards, and perform vehicle services on a variety of makes and models with technical excellence. Completion of all relevant training courses and adherence to the Lead Tech Training Manual is required.
