ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryThis role supports the department by assisting the coordinator with work prioritization, managing staff training, and assuming supervisory duties in the absence of the coordinator. The individual will also handle customer inquiries via phone and embody HonorHealth’s mission and values.
Essential Functions- Supervise data entry related to patient supply and equipment charges, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Distribute workload for replenishment based on staffing and patient census.
- Coordinate department operations as directed by the Supply Chain Supervisor.
- Address variances during charge shifts, including operational issues and stock shortages, notifying supervisors as needed.
- Perform all functions of a Supply Chain Technician.
- Train new and existing staff on job responsibilities and procedures.
- Assist in monitoring staff performance and addressing personnel issues.
- Act as supervisor in the absence of the Supply Chain Supervisor.
- Manage staffing schedules and conduct shift changeovers to ensure seamless service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience- 1 year of supply chain experience required.
- 2-3 years of supply chain experience preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
