We are a company located in Lakewood, WA, and we are currently seeking a Lead Technician for our Contents & Cleaning Division to join our team. We are a Disaster Restoration Company and assist in all kinds of disaster sites, including fire, water, smoke damage, and wind damage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position provides a unique opportunity for those looking to combine their customer service talents with skills obtained from previous experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, delivery driving, construction, and warehouse work.

1. Work safely and efficiently to transport customer possessions with care as a mover, truck driver, and material handler.
2. Load and unload the truck.
3. Safely drive the truck (non-CDL).
4. Perform truck inspections and inventory checks.
5. Forklift experience.
6. Experience pulling a trailer.
7. Supervise 3-5 technicians.
8. Possess excellent customer service skills.
9. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
10. Clear communication, both written and verbal.
11. Must be able to pass a background check.

Minimum Requirements
