• Competitive pay range of $26.00-$51.00 per hour based on experience (excluding additional pay based on geography).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train on processes, equipment, and safety practices to ensure an injury-free environment
• Proficiency with technology (phones, tablets, laptops) for work management and record-keeping
• Ability to perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, weed management, and other groundskeeping activities, with or without specialized equipment
• Knowledge of planting, pruning, and pest/disease management via chemical applications
• Experience in exterior maintenance including irrigation, pressure washing, and building/grounds upkeep
• Strong customer service skills, with troubleshooting and prioritization abilities
• Commitment to company policies, ethics, and safety standards

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial landscaping/exterior maintenance and team leadership
• Valid, state-issued driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
