• Pay range of $26.00-$51.00 per hour based on experience (additional pay may vary by location).

Qualifications and Responsibilities

What you will bring to the Lead Exterior Services Role:

• Proven leadership skills, including training on processes, equipment, and safety practices
• Proficiency with technology (phones, tablets, laptops) for work management
• Ability to perform landscaping tasks, with or without specialized equipment
• Knowledge of planting, pruning, pest/disease management
• Experience in exterior maintenance including irrigation and pressure washing
• Strong customer service skills, troubleshooting, and prioritization abilities
• Commitment to safety, ethics, and company policies

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial landscaping or exterior maintenance and team leadership
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
