Tool and Work Boot Program

Ruan's tool and work boot program helps technicians obtain the tools they need to be safe and successful! Each technician that joins the Ruan team will receive a $1,000 tool reimbursement and a work boot voucher. Additionally, uniforms are provided.

This position will be located in the new Ruan Ankeny Operating Center. A state-of-the-art maintenance shop.

• 9,900 square foot shop state-of-the-art maintenance shop
• Two full length 100’ bays and a half bay for power unit repairs/inspections
• Service 100 trucks, including a few from other Iowa operations.
• Features 56,000 lift for inspections and repairs, making the job for Ruan technicians as well as improved ergonomics.
• Room to organize and streamline our equipment and tooling
• Multiple pressure washer wands on a trolley system for ease of use and access to all parts
• The 100-foot wash bay has an underbody wand and salt remover treatment that will help reduce corrosion
