Network Connex is seeking a fiber optic splicing technician in Monroe, LA to support mid-level splicing projects for underground and aerial fiber placements. You will prep cables, perform splices, and test using OTDR and power meters, while following safety protocols.
Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of fiber splicing experience, a high school diploma, and basic MS Office skills. The role emphasizes a safety-first mindset, strong work ethic, and teamwork, with opportunities for advancement.
