Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Lead Technician to join our growing team in Springdale, AR. You will perform expert carpet cleaning and water restoration, communicate professionally with customers, and ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of equipment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, are hands-on, eager to learn, and committed to ownership. A high school diploma or GED is required; IICRC certs are a plus. Competitive salary and PTO offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of carpet cleaning and/or water restoration experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) preferred.
• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Be a team player and ready to lead by example.
