Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Lead Technician with 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and water restoration. You will perform expert cleaning, communicate professionally with customers, and document work orders while maintaining equipment and vehicle assets.

The role emphasizes teamwork, growth, and the opportunity to advance quickly within a expanding company. High school diploma or GED is required, and IICRC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT).
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work.
• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports.
