Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a motivated Lead Technician to join our growing team in Seattle, WA. You’ll perform expert carpet cleaning and water restoration, communicating professionally with customers and documenting work orders.

The role requires 1–3 years in carpet cleaning or water restoration, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn and lead by example. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work.
• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports.
• Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT)
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet and floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Be a team player and lead by example.
