Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a motivated Lead Technician to join a growing team in Seattle. You will perform expert carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, and water restoration while delivering high-quality service to customers. Strong communication and documentation skills are required, with a readiness to lead and mentor others.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• High school diploma or GED required; IICRC certification bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Be a team player and lead by example.
