Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a motivated Lead Technician to join their team in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role involves performing expert-level carpet and floor cleaning, as well as water restoration services. Ideal candidates should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED. The position offers paid training, health benefits, and opportunities for fast advancement, all within a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work.
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership.
• Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT).
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Be a team player and ready to lead by example.
