Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Minneapolis Southwest is seeking a Lead Technician to join our growing team and help us build something incredible from the ground up. The role focuses on expert carpet cleaning and water restoration, with opportunities to lead by example and advance quickly.

We value hands-on work, customer communication, and a proactive mindset. Training, certifications, and a supportive culture are provided as the company expands in the Twin Cities area.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of carpet cleaning and/or water restoration experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) a bonus
• Comfortable with physically demanding hands-on work
• Tech‑savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation
• Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicle
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services
• Be a team player and ready to lead by example
