RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation is seeking an experienced Lead Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations at our Landover, Maryland fleet facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring our fleet remains safe, reliable, and road-ready while supporting and mentoring the maintenance team.

What You'll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a diverse fleet of luxury sedans, SUVs, shuttle buses, vans, and motor coaches.
- Lead and support technicians by assigning work, providing technical guidance, and ensuring quality repairs.
- Prioritize repairs to maximize fleet availability and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, brake, steering, suspension, HVAC, and engine systems.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time.
- Conduct inspections and verify all repairs meet company and DOT safety standards.
- Coordinate with Operations to schedule vehicle repairs and return vehicles to service promptly.
- Maintain accurate repair orders, maintenance records, and parts documentation.
- Assist with inventory control and ordering parts as needed.
- Promote a safe, organized, and efficient shop environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in fleet, diesel, heavy-duty, or commercial vehicle maintenance.
- Previous leadership or shop supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required).
- ASE certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work independently while leading a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
