Position Overview:

• As a Superstar Lead Technician, you will be the cornerstone of every restoration project, ensuring that our team delivers high-quality, efficient, and compassionate service. You'll lead by example, utilizing your expertise to guide a team of technicians, manage job sites, and provide unparalleled customer service to homeowners. You will work closely with project managers, insurance adjusters, and homeowners to provide a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead a team of technicians to execute restoration projects safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. You will mentor, train, and motivate your team to maintain top performance.
• Job Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring work is done according to company guidelines and client specifications. Ensure the highest level of safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Technical Expertise: Lead hands‑on efforts in water, fire, and mold remediation. Your in‑depth knowledge of restoration techniques will help troubleshoot challenges and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide white‑glove service to homeowners by addressing concerns, explaining restoration processes, and keeping them informed throughout the job. Act as the face of the company, representing Restorerz with professionalism and expertise.
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as the liaison between the project manager, homeowners, and insurance adjusters. You’ll provide regular updates, relay any issues, and ensure all paperwork is submitted accurately and on time.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all work is completed in line with IICRC standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Maintain company equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Problem Solving: Handle unforeseen issues with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach. Your ability to think on your feet and keep the job moving forward is critical.

Preferred Qualifications

• IICRC Certification: Minimum of IICRC certifications in water damage restoration (WRT), fire and smoke restoration (FSRT), and mold remediation (AMRT). Additional certifications in applied structural drying (ASD) or odor control (OCT) are a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in property restoration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills. Ability to mentor and inspire a team to meet performance standards and deliver results.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in the latest restoration techniques, equipment, and safety procedures. You are comfortable handling complex technical challenges and guiding your team through them.
• Customer‑Focused: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in challenging environments (e.g., tight spaces, heights, extreme temperatures), and stand for long periods. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
