What you'll bring to the team

As our Lead Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our rides, attractions, and systems, delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests every day.

Qualifications & Experience
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
  • Perform and oversee maintenance on rides, cinema equipment, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and more.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Assist with exhibit setup/take-down, shipping, custodial support, food equipment maintenance, and other tasks.
  • Support and coach technicians to ensure high performance and safety practices.
  • Lead daily operations and ensure smooth open/close procedures.
  • React quickly to minimize downtime and maintain guest experience.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical degree a plus.
  • 2+ years of technical experience, preferably in attractions or themed environments.
  • A self-starter who thrives under pressure and solves problems quickly.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
  • Strong technical knowledge and eagerness to learn more.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and preventative maintenance practices.
What to Expect:
  • Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical demands such as lifting up to 70 lbs., working at heights, and handling equipment.
  • Work indoors and outdoors with varying temperatures.
  • Use of PPE, tools, and occasional exposure to chemicals or loud environments.
