Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting of Northern Nassau County is seeking a Lead Pest Control Technician to guide our field team, ensure high-quality service, and uphold our values. You will lead a team, train new members, perform property inspections, apply treatments, communicate with customers, assist with scheduling and inventory, and represent the brand with professionalism and pride.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in home services, retail, or field teams.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and hands-on problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Eye for detail and commitment to safety.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided).
• Enjoys outdoor work in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Responsibilities
