As a Lead Pest Control Technician, you’ll guide and inspire our field team to deliver high‑quality service, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold our core values: Hunting Skeeters, Building Leaders, Over‑Communicating, Transparency, and putting People over Pests.

What You’ll Do

As a Pest Hunters Technician, you’ll be the friendly face our clients trust. Your day will include:

• Lead a team of technicians in delivering outstanding pest and mosquito control services
• Train new team members and reinforce best practices in safety and service
• Drive to client homes and businesses and perform detailed property inspections
• Apply control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment
• Communicate with customers and ensure they’re informed, satisfied, and loyal
• Support scheduling, route planning, and inventory management
• Represent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride

What We’re Looking For

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (home services, retail, restaurant, or field team)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving
• Excellent communication and organizational skillsEye for detail and commitment to safety
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
• Enjoys working outdoors in a fast‑paced, physical environment

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have

• Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance
• Managed small teams or trained others in any setting
• Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.)
