Job summary

VTG is seeking a Technical Targeter to support cutting-edge intelligence operations across locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area. You will perform technical research, analysis, and report writing, develop operational concepts, and engage stakeholders while presenting reports to client management.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, strong analytic and communication skills, and experience with all-source databases and specialized tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
7–12 years of applicable experience (Level 3)
12–20 years of applicable experience (Level 4)
20+ years of applicable experience (Level 5)
Cable writing experience is required.
TS/SCI with poly is required.
Ability to identify and assess entities, vulnerabilities and tech trends for collection operations.
Ability to deliver clear and concise briefings.
Strong analytic, research and investigative skills with operational sense and initiative.

Responsibilities

Technical research using customer tools.
Technical analysis and report writing.
Operational concept development.
Stakeholder engagement and presentation of reports to customer management at all levels.
Drafting and disseminating written reports and requests for information.
