Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coatings R&D and will take responsibility for leading technical service projects. This role includes maintaining customer relationships, managing project development, and participating in technical conferences. Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience with waterborne coatings formulation and development for architectural and industrial applications.
• Strong knowledge of coatings for wood, metal, and concrete substrates required.
• General knowledge of waterborne acrylic emulsions and polyurethane dispersions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team in maintaining and growing new business through focusing on customer needs and requirements.
• Lead technical service projects including formulation development and use of in-house testing equipment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and support Health, Safety and Environmental programs.
