Now, we’re looking for a contract Lead Technical Recruiter to help us on our mission.
Our Talent team is growing, and we’re looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to help us attract and hire top-tier technical talent across our growing Product, Engineering, Design and Analytics orgs. In this role, you’ll operate as both a strategic partner and tactical executor — leading high-priority searches, improving our sourcing funnel, and shaping what great hiring looks like at Hatch.
You’ll report to our Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and work closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and executives across Hatch to build high-performing, values-aligned teams.
This role is remote-friendly but must be based in the U.S. or Canada. Hatch is based in California, so we ask that you’re available during PST/PDT hours.
