This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager in Texas (USA).

This role provides the opportunity to lead a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers, driving the successful delivery of complex AI Agent deployments within the healthcare ecosystem. You will mentor, guide, and review the work of your team while contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance delivery frameworks and enterprise-grade outcomes. The position combines hands-on leadership, customer-facing engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment between delivery capabilities and customer expectations. The environment emphasizes scalable processes, continuous improvement, and developing talent while executing transformative enterprise projects.

Accountabilities

As the Lead Technical Program Manager, you will:

  • Manage and mentor a team of 5–7 Technical Program Managers, fostering growth, accountability, and excellence.
  • Oversee and contribute to customer-facing project deliveries, serving as the assigned TPM on select accounts.
  • Review TPM deliverables (requirements documents, delivery roadmaps, etc.) and provide actionable feedback to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Lead discovery phases, guiding TPMs to establish accurate foundations for solution design.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve delivery frameworks, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Champion best practices, risk management approaches, and scalable frameworks to enable consistent enterprise-grade deployments.
  • Represent program delivery in leadership discussions and customer forums, providing insights and solutions.
Candidates should have
  • 8–12+ years of experience in program or technical project management, including leadership responsibility for developing and managing teams.
  • Proven success delivering enterprise technology implementations, ideally in SaaS, consulting, automation, or healthcare technology.
  • Strong healthcare delivery knowledge; experience in Revenue Cycle Management is a plus.
  • Experience mentoring or reviewing project/program management outputs to ensure quality before execution.
  • Strategic perspective with execution discipline, able to coach details while influencing the bigger picture.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and customers through clear, data-driven communication.
  • Comfort navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments and creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, operational, or business discipline (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
