Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager III in Corporate Technology, Employee Platforms Team, to lead complex technology projects that support business growth and client success. The role requires applying technical knowledge, analytical reasoning, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, addressing potential roadblocks proactively.
• Collaborating with software development, quality assurance, and business teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Evaluating and recommending technologies, platforms, and vendors.
• Monitoring progress, adjusting plans as needed, and communicating status to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving.
