Persons in these roles are expected to spend part of their time on-site in our Seattle offices and may occasionally work remotely from their home in the Greater Seattle area. Our base salary range is $159,840 - $239,760, and in addition, we have generous bonus plans to provide a competitive compensation package.

You excel at building strategic relationships, understanding partner priorities, and fostering collaboration. A skilled communicator, you can translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences, ensuring stakeholder alignment and engagement.
Who We Are:
You will join the program management team within our Strategic Infrastructure (SI) group, responsible for defining and executing AI2's flagship projects, including open foundation models, AI agents for science, and AI-for-environment initiatives. Our team works directly with world-class researchers to connect R&D, engineering, and real-world impact, from managing our GPU cluster to collaborating with executives for decision-making.
Your Next Challenge:
AI2 has expanded its R&D portfolio and joined the Cancer AI Alliance (CAIA) led by the Fred Hutch Cancer Center, aiming to build the world's most comprehensive cancer AI lab. You will lead AI2's engagement with CAIA, ensuring seamless collaboration across cancer centers and technology partners. Additionally, you will serve as the TPM lead for R&D workstreams focused on privacy-preserving AI.
