Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager for UpToDate Growth to accelerate adoption and activation of AI‑enabled products. You will own growth across awareness, acquisition, and early engagement, collaborating with marketing, clinical, and partnerships teams to expand clinician reach and usage.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management experience with growth focus.
• Proven impact on adoption, activation, or early lifecycle engagement.
• Experience partnering with marketing, sales, partnerships, and engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Technical fluency and ability to collaborate with data teams.
• Experience in complex or enterprise healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a comprehensive growth strategy for UpToDate Expert AI.
• Own end‑to‑end growth OKRs and identify high‑impact levers.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across marketing, product, and partnerships.
• Shape onboarding, activation, and early user experiences for rapid value.
• Coordinate go‑to‑market, messaging, and launch strategy for AI features.
• Define measurement frameworks and ensure visibility into user behavior.
