Job summary

GE Vernova’s Complex Gas Upgrades team seeks a Technical Leader to guide a global requisition engineering group through complex gas upgrade projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across the fleet.

You will own the ITO to OTR handoffs, collaborate with Sales and Applications Engineering, drive Lean initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence large-scale improvements in SQDC while maintaining strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to lead global teams and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ITO to OTR handoff process for Complex Gas Upgrades and assign incoming orders based on workload and capability.
• Collaborate with GE Vernova Gas Power Sales, Commercial and Application Engineering to ensure high-quality handovers.
• Provide leadership and technical direction for assigned tasks and personnel, domestically and globally.
• Lead initiatives to drive measurable improvements in SQDC (safety, quality, delivery, cost) and Lean Standard Work.
