• Self-motivated with ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design process from prototype through production, ensuring consistent fit, construction, and design intent across swimwear and activewear categories.
• Lead fit sessions independently, evaluating garment fit, construction, and alignment with brand aesthetic using fit models.
• Schedule fit sessions and coordinate fit models based on development timelines.
• Document fit sessions with clear, detailed fit comments, measurement revisions, and construction updates for manufacturers.
• Prioritize work based on delivery calendars, track sample development, manage fit samples, and follow up with vendors to ensure timelines are met.
