Qualifications

• Experience shipping or supporting a live-service game.
• Experience leading or mentoring Technical Artists across disciplines.
• Proficiency in real-time rendering, profiling, and performance budgets.

Responsibilities

• Profile game content and resolve performance bottlenecks with Art and Engineering.
• Optimize geometry, materials, shaders, textures, lighting, foliage, and VFX for budgets.
• Develop and maintain tools for environment creation, including terrain and procedural generation.
• Lead day-to-day work of a small Technical Art team and coordinate with Production.
