As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Lead Tech / Crew Chief demonstrates the company's 'Here to Help' commitment by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to fulfill service needs and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled, ensuring quality control
• Manage customer and client experience to maximize satisfaction, tracked through online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document detailed and accurate job files to support provided services
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on projects
• Communicate project progress and issues with the restoration project manager and office staff

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines
• Manage assets by properly protecting and using equipment and materials
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification is a plus but not required

Skills and Physical Demands

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights or in tight spaces
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of objects
• Ability to work with cleaning agents
• Ability to pass a background check, subject to applicable law
