Responsibilities

The Lead Team Member supports store cleanliness, organization, and customer-first culture by assisting customers, operating registers, stocking, cleaning, and performing other duties as assigned by the Store Team Leader. Acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader.

Key Duties
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in locating merchandise.
  • Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and assist with self-checkout.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and ensure safety standards.
  • Assist with merchandising and product rotation according to guidelines.
  • Open and close the store as directed, and perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Understanding of safety policies.
  • Ability to follow planograms and perform basic math.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Six months of supervisory or related experience preferred.
Physical & Working Conditions
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise.
